View the status of an order

Registered customers can view the order status of their own orders, while the Customer Service Representative can view the status of all orders.


Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Find the order that to work with.

  3. Locate the customer's order from the list, and view the status of the order in the Order Status column.

  4. Click OK to close the page.
