Changing the default stereotype style for shapes
In UML visualization, you can change the default stereotype style that appears for shapes when you add shapes to a diagram or create new diagrams.
Note: This default setting affects only new shapes that you add to a diagram and does not affect any existing shapes.
To change the default stereotype style for shapes:
- Click Window > Preferences
- In the Preferences window, expand Modeling, expand Appearance, and click Shapes.
- On the Shapes page, in the Stereotype style list, select one of the following options:
- To display shape stereotypes with decoration icons and text in double angle brackets (<< >>), click Decoration and Text.
- To displays shape stereotypes with decoration icons, click Decoration.
- To displays shape stereotypes with shape image-based icons, click Shape Image.
- To displays shape stereotypes with text in double angle brackets (<< >>), click Text.
- Not to display any shape stereotypes, click None.
- Click OK.
