Cancel an RFQ response

When a response is in a retracted or draft state, the seller can cancel the response. Once a response is canceled, it can no longer be changed. It can be canceled while it is in a draft state or has been submitted to, but has not yet been accepted by the buyer.

Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Find the response to cancel.

  3. Select the check box for the row containing the response you are working with.

  4. Click Cancel. The RFQ Response page refreshes.

Results

The response is canceled. If you are unsure if you should cancel or only modify an existing response, you may retract it rather than cancel it. This option is available when the response has been submitted, but not yet accepted by the buyer.
