Cancel an order
You can cancel an order before it has been submitted or between submission and fulfillment.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find the order that to cancel.
- On any of the Order editor pages, click Cancel Order. You will be prompted to comment on the reason for canceling the order.
- Type the comments in the Comments field, and click OK.
