Create experiments
Marketing Managers can create Web activity, content, customer segment and e-Marketing Spot experiments.
- Create a new Web activity experiment
Web activity experiments present an alternative marketing message in place of the control Web activity.
- Create a new content experiment
Content experiments present the same marketing message as the control Web activity, but use a different content.
- Create a new customer segment experiment
Customer segment experiments present the same marketing message as the control Web activity, but target an alternative customer segment.
- Create a new e-Marketing Spot experiment
E-Marketing Spot experiments present the same marketing message as the control Web activity, but use a different e-Marketing Spot to specify an alternative location in the site.
