Test service adapters
Start the SocApp application as a WebSphere sMash application to verify the local changes.
Procedure
- In the Enterprise Explorer view, right-click SocApp and click Run As > WebSphere sMash Application to verify that the application starts on port 9980.
- Use the REST API for the resource you implemented, such as the blog resource, to ensure that requests are passed to the service adapter implementation. For example, to view the JSON representation of a blog resource, access the following Web address in the browser: http://localhost:9980/soccom/api/blogs/1, where 1 is the ID of the blog resource.
