Changing the sequence of the answers
The steps in this section explain how to change the order in which the answers to a particular question display.
Procedure
- Edit the XML input file
- Locate the set of answers that to edit.
- Edit the number between the <orderSeq> begin and end tags for each answer. This number corresponds to the sequence in which the answers are displayed to the customer. Each answer for the question must have a unique orderSeq value.
- Save the XML file.
- Update the production server by importing the updated XML file.
