Configure the message types
After the EliteExternalIntegrationAddOn.sar has been published, configure the message types by specifying values for the end-point URL fields for each message type that the Order and Quote Capture Integration introduces.
To configure the message types:
Procedure
- Open the Administration Console, selecting the Site option.
- Select the base Elite store on top of which you have published the sample EliteExternalIntegrationAddOn.sar. Click OK.
- From the Configuration menu, select Message Types. The Message Type Configuration page displays listing the available message types for the Order and Quote Capture Integration. These include:
- Message for external inventory system
- Message for external order system
- Message for external price system
- For each of the three message types:
- Click the name of the message type. Click Next.
- Specify the end-point URL of the external system in the URL text field.
- Click Finish.
