Customizing Sequence Diagram views

You can customize the Sequence diagram views by changing the color and font of the diagram elements, setting the page size for the log interactions views and the trace interaction views.

 

Customizing sequence diagram display

  1. Select Window > Preferences > Profiling and Logging > UML2 Sequence diagrams. The Sequence diagram preferences pane opens up.

  2. To change the display width between lifelines, type the desired width in the Lifeline width input box. Click Apply.

  3. To change the color or font size of a sequence diagram element, select it from the list and click Change, Background, or Lines icons to change the font, background color, or line color respectively. Click Apply.

  4. To close the Preferences window, click OK.

 

Customizing page size for log interactions

You can set the number of records to be displayed per page in Log Interactions view and the Log Thread Interactions view. The default page size is 500 records per page.

  1. Select Window > Preferences > Profiling and Logging > Appearance > UML2 Sequence Diagram > Log interactions.

  2. Type the number of records for the page size. Click Apply.

  3. To close the Preferences window, click OK.

 

Customizing page size for trace interactions

You can set the number of records to be displayed per page in the Sequence Diagram views for trace interactions. The default page size is 200 records per page.

  1. Select Window > Preferences > Profiling and Logging > Appearance > UML2 Sequence Diagram > Trace interactions.

  2. Type the number of records for the page size. Click Apply.

  3. To close the Preferences window, click OK.
