Changing the default line style for connectors

In UML visualization, connectors appear in the oblique line style by default when you add connectors (relationships) between shapes in a diagram. You can change the default oblique line style to the rectilinear style for connectors.

Note: This setting affects only connectors that you add to a diagram and does not affect existing ones.

To change the default line style for connectors:

1. Click Window > Preferences.

2. In the Preferences window, expand Modeling, expand Appearance, and click Connectors.

3. On the Connectors page, in the Line style list, click Rectilinear.

4. Click OK.
