Renaming enterprise beans
In UML visualization, you can rename enterprise beans in the class diagram editor.
Note: When you rename an enterprise bean in the diagram editor, the name of the EJB source file is also updated.
To rename an enterprise bean:
- In the diagram editor, select an enterprise bean and click the name attribute.
- Type a new name.
- Click outside the enterprise bean.
The new name appears in the name compartment of the enterprise bean, in the Project Explorer view, and on the tab of the EJB Deployment Descriptor.
