Topic diagrams
In UML visualization, a topic diagram is a non-editable diagram that provides a quick way to show existing relationships between elements in an application.
You can create a topic diagram based on a context and a query and only the context and query are persisted in the diagram. As such, a topic diagram is created in the context of a code project and is persisted in the project as a diagram file with a .tpx file name extension.
A topic diagram represents a specific set of relationships between a group of given elements. For example, an inheritance topic for an element illustrates the inheritance tree to a specific number of levels.
You can save topic diagrams in projects and reopen them. The editor shows a topic diagram as a dynamic view that you can refresh to reflect the latest elements in a project and save and open as a regular editable diagram.
