Notes

In UML visualization, a note is a non-Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram element that contains a comment or other textual information.

For example, you can add notes to a diagram to provide comments, observations, or explanations about the diagram. You can create a note and connect it to a shape or connector in a note attachment relationship.

As the following figure illustrates, a note appears as a rectangle with a folded upper-right corner.
