Configure an HTTPS connection to the mashup hub

To connect to a remote mashup hub by using an HTTPS connection, you need to receive the SSL certificate of the mashup hub into the default trust store.

To add the mashup hub SSL certificate to the default trust store...

  1. Log in to the WAS administrative console.

  2. Click Security -> SSL certificate and key management -> SSL configurationsPM -> NodeDefaultSSLSettings -> Key stores and certificates -> NodeDefaultTrustStore -> Signer certificates .

  3. Click Retrieve from port.

      The General Properties window is shown.

  4. Add the mashup hub server infomation: Type the host, port, and alias name, and select options as required.

  5. Click Retrieve signer information.

  6. Save configuration changes by clicking Apply.

  7. Click OK.

      Your newly configured mashup hub server has been added to the list of resources.

  8. Restart the portal.

      If you have a portal cluster, restart the portal, the node agents, and the dmgr.
