View associated products
Any product associations that exist for an order or quote being edited are visible in the Merchandising Associations view.
In this view you see up-sell, cross-sell, and down-sell products to offer the customer. When you add products to an order, associated products are displayed in this view. Otherwise, the view is empty.
To view promotional products:
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Click Store > Select.
- Select a store, and then click OK.
- Click the store in the Stores view.
- Click View > Show View > Merchandising Associations. The Merchandising Associations view displays and refreshes associations for selected orders or quotes in the Stores or Editors view.
