Working with marketing content
Marketing content is managed by marketing managers. It is used to deliver marketing messages to customers, as part of campaign activities.
- Create marketing content to display on store pages
Creating content enables you to communicate the brand and promotional messages. After you create the content, you can create Web activities to display the content in an e-Marketing Spot on a store page.
- Create marketing content for text (SMS) messages
Create the content of a text (SMS) message so that you can include it in a Dialog activity that uses the Send Message action to send a text message to a customer.
- Preview marketing content
By previewing marketing content while you work in Management Center, you can view the image or text that customers will see on the store pages, and ensure that you have associated the right piece of content with the Web activities.
- Changing marketing content
You can update marketing content to correct errors or to adjust strategy.
- Delete marketing content
Deleting the marketing content removes the content from the Management Center.
