The installation of IBM HTTP Server, WebSphere Application Server Web server plug-ins, or WebSphere Application Server has failed and you cannot find any of the installation logs.


Problem

The WebSphere Commerce installer might have failed in starting the appropriate silent installation process.


Solution

Verify the permission settings for the WebSphere Application Server image and ensure that you can manually start the IBM HTTP Server, WebSphere Application Server Web server plug-ins, and WebSphere Application Server installation processes. If the installation processes:
