Troubleshoot: No log file found when silent installation of IBM software stack failed
During a silent install of WebSphere Commerce, problems with the installation of the database, HTTP server or WebSphere Application Server might occur.
Refer to the following if you encounter problems during a silent installation of WebSphere Commerce:

- Troubleshoot: Silent installation of the IBM HTTP Server, WebSphere Application Server Web server plug-ins, or WebSphere Application Server fails

The installation of IBM HTTP Server, WebSphere Application Server Web server plug-ins, or WebSphere Application Server has failed and you cannot find any of the installation logs.
- Troubleshoot: Silent installation of DB2 failed
The silent installation of the DB2 failed, and you are unable to find the installation logs. The WebSphere Commerce installer failed to initiate the DB2 silent installation process.
