Use the IBM Support Assistant search facility
The assistant is used to search for support related information across multiple search locations concurrently.
Procedure
- Install the IBM Support Assistant and the WebSphere Commerce plug-in for the ISA.
- Start the IBM Support Assistant.
- From the Welcome page, click Find Information.
- Enter the search argument in the Search field.
- Check the Search Targets box to specify which information source to search.
- Select a combination of optional search locations.
At least one of the search options must be selected to perform a search.
- Click Go.
- Follow the search result links and view the individual search result pages.
