File adapter
This adapter is for file-based repository used with the WAS.
The file based adapter implements the virtual member manager repository SPI and uses the local file system as the back end repository. The file adapter supports all virtual member manager entities and all the actions for the user, group, and orgContainer entity types.
The file adapter can be initialized and used in a limited fashion with the default wsadmin commands even when virtual member manager is not running.
If the WAS is installed in a clustered environment, then these files are distributed to all the cluster members based on the standard WAS configuration distribution mechanism. All the write functions occur only at the Network Deployment Manager (NDM) server, but the read functions are performed using the local file repositories.
