Web Content Authoring Access controls

Access control to the Web Content Authoring portlet is set in the portlet's configuration view, which controls:

• What views users can access within the Web Content Authoring portlet
• What level of access they have to each view.

 

WCM Item Security

Each WCM Item also has a Security feature that controls:

• What items users have access to within the Web Content Authoring portlet
• What level of access they have to each item in the Web Content Authoring portlet
• Who has access to items on the live web site.
