Set up to use IKEYCMD


Overview

To run the IKEYCMD command line interface, set up environment variables as follows:

  1. Set the JAVA_HOME environment variable:

    AIX export JAVA_HOME=/usr/mqm/ssl/jre
    HP-UX export JAVA_HOME=/opt/mqm/ssl
    Linux export JAVA_HOME=/opt/mqm/ssl/jre
    Solaris export JAVA_HOME=/opt/mqm/ssl

  2. Set your PATH to include your JRE executables:
    export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH
    

  3. Set the CLASSPATH environment variable:

    AIX export CLASSPATH=/usr/opt/ibm/gskak/classes/cfwk.zip:$CLASSPATH
    export CLASSPATH=/usr/opt/ibm/gskak/classes/gsk6cls.jar:$CLASSPATH
    HP-UX export CLASSPATH=/opt/ibm/gsk6/classes/cfwk.zip:$CLASSPATH
    export CLASSPATH=/opt/ibm/gsk6/classes/gsk6cls.jar:$CLASSPATH
    Linux export CLASSPATH=/usr/local/ibm/gsk6/classes/cfwk.zip:$CLASSPATH
    export CLASSPATH=/usr/local/ibm/gsk6/classes/gsk6cls.jar:$CLASSPATH
    Solaris export CLASSPATH=/opt/ibm/gsk6/classes/cfwk.zip:$CLASSPATH
    export CLASSPATH=/opt/ibm/gsk6/classes/gsk6cls.jar:$CLASSPATH

  4. If you are using Linux for zSeries, set the LD_PRELOAD environment variable:
    export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3
