Adding an interface to an interface map by dragging
You can add an interface to an interface map by dragging the interface from the Business Integration view to the interface map editor window.
To add an interface to an interface map by dragging, follow these steps:
Procedure
- From the Business Integration view, select the interface that you would like to add to the interface map.
- Drag the interface to the interface map editor window. The Add New Interface window opens asking you to indicate if the interface should be a source or a target interface.
- After you select the interface type, the interface is added to the interface map. If that if the interface appears not available in the map, you may need to rebuild the workspace to alleviate this.
- Repeat the above steps to add a target interface. Also, note that there can only be a single source interface and single target interface.
