Editing fine-grained traces
You can edit a fine-grained trace for a module in any test configuration that is open in the integration test client. This enables you to select and track component variables and display them in the value editor when the fine-grained trace is generated. If you do not select any variables, the fine-grained trace will still be generated, but the variables will not be tracked and displayed in the value editor.
To edit a fine-grained trace in a test configuration module:
Procedure
- In the integration test client, click the Configurations tab. The Configurations page opens.
- In the Configurations area, expand the test configuration, module, and Fine-Grained Traces containers.
- In the Fine-Grained Traces container, select the fine-grained trace that you want to edit.
- In the Detailed Properties area, select the variables that you want to track and display in the value editor. You can select business process variables or state machine variables, but mediation flow messages are automatically collected and cannot be individually selected.
