Configure Work Basket Information
Use the Work Basket Information configuration to specify the content, roles, and distribution targets that are available to users of this widget.
You must be the page owner or an editor of the page to configure this widget. In addition, you must be in the WorkBasketSystemAdministrator role.
Attention: To use this widget, Business Space must be configured to use the Business Process Choreographer REST services. If you are using Process Portal on an iPad, this widget is not supported.
To configure this widget, open the widget menu and select Edit Settings. If the edit option is not available, you are not authorized to configure the widget. You can configure the following aspects of this widget:
- The content that is shown on the General tab
- The roles that are available for working with work baskets and their associated tasks
- The distribution targets that are available for assigning work to
- Configure the fields on the General tab
You can add fields to the General tab of the Work Basket Information widget to customize the content to your business environment. These fields are shown in addition to the default fields.

You can configure the roles that are available to work basket administrators for assigning to work baskets and the tasks in a work basket.
- Configure distribution targets in the Work Basket Information widget
Distribution targets are other work baskets to which tasks in the current work basket can be distributed. Use the Distribution targets tab to define the available targets.
