Human Workflow Diagram (deprecated)

Use the Human Workflow Diagram widget to manage tasks in a workflow. This widget is deprecated. Use the Process Information widget instead.

A human workflow consists of tasks and various other interactions that control the processing of the workflow. The diagram shows only the tasks. Other interactions involved in the workflow are indicated by icons. Workflows can also contain collections of tasks indicated by shaded areas in the diagram. In these areas, you can perform additional actions specific to the type of collection.

If a task does not belong to a workflow or if you do not have reader access to the process, the diagram is empty.

If you are working with a collection of tasks, you can also perform the following actions.

To skip over a task or go back and redo a task, click one of the tasks and perform one of the following actions:

  1. Select Skip to leave the task out of the current workflow. The status of the task is updated to skipped.

  2. Select Redo to put a skipped task back into the workflow. The status of the task is updated to redo.
