Apply Changes made to the Configuration File

Any changes made to the configuration file will not be reflected in the Agent Controller until it is restarted.  The serviceconfig.xml configuration file is read by the Agent Controller during its startup, so Agent Controller must be restarted to make the changes effective.

The Agent Controller must also be restarted for it to find new or modified agent.xml or pluginconfig.xml files.
