Specifying the stereotype style for compartments

In UML visualization, you can specify the stereotype style for shape attribute and operation compartments.

To specify the stereotype style for compartments:

  1. In the diagram editor, select a shape or a group of shapes.

  2. Click Diagram > Filters > Stereotype and Visibility Style and then select one of the following options:

    • To displays compartment stereotypes with decoration icons, click Compartment Stereotype: Decoration.

    • To displays compartment stereotypes with text in double angle brackets (<< >>)Compartment Stereotype: Text.

    • To display compartment stereotypes without any stereotype style, click Compartment Stereotype: None.

Note: You can also right-click a shape or a group of selected shapes; then click Filters > Stereotype and Visibility Style to specify the stereotype style for compartments.
