- url - URL the outbound service filter should operate on. Will not be
null.
- proxyConfig - The runtime context specific proxy configuration. Will not be
null.
- metadata - The the metadata settings in the configuration for this outbound service filter.
Will not be null. May be empty.
- runtimeCtx - The runtime context. Will not be null.
- Returns:
- A OutboundServiceFilter instance. Not null
.
