Test single sign-on between WebSphere Portal, Domino, and Sametime servers

Use Web browser to go to a Web page where you can test the operation of single sign-on between the portal server and the IBMLotus Dominoor IBM Lotus Sametimeserver.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Create a test database called test.nsf in the domino_data_root directory on the Lotus Domino server, with the _Default_ and Anonymous access items in the access control list (ACL) set to "No Access."

  2. Log in to IBM WebSphere Portal.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • To test Lotus Domino, change the URL in browser to http://your_domino_server.your_domain.com/test.nsf.

    • To test Lotus Sametime, change the URL in browser to http://your_sametime_server.your_domain.com/stcenter.nsf, and then select Attend a Meeting.

Your name should appear at the top left corner of the browser page. If name does not appear, or if on the Lotus Domino server you see a sign-on screen, single sign-on is not working. Refer to Technote 1158269, Troubleshooting WebSphere Portal, Domino Extended Products, and Domino SSO issues for additional information.
