Final steps
Once environments have been installed, the authoring system completed, added default content to site, and fully tested the system, you are ready to go live.
- Ensure stakeholders are ready to use Web site and authoring system:
- Ensure content authors have had training on how to use the new web content authoring system.
- Ensure any legacy authoring or delivery systems are redirected to the new system.
- Launch marketing campaigns to bring visitors to the new website.
- Based on the maintenance architecture defined in the project design document, you perform regular monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure system is healthy and operating efficiently.
