Disable automatic syndication

To use manual syndication, disable automatic syndication on the syndicator server.

Log in to the dmgr console, go to...

Resources | Resource Environment | Resource Environment Providers | WCM WCMConfigService | Custom properties

.and set...

connect.moduleconfig.syndication.inittasks = false

Save and synchronize the changes.
