Indirect reference nesting and concatenation

You can concatenate indirect references or nest them as needed.

For example, if the index of an XML element to use as the value for the builder call input is determined by another variable, the nested indirect reference would look like:

${Variables/MyXML/XmlElement[${Variables/IndexValue}]}
