Syntax: genrpg [-efsStu] ProductLine SystemCode ProgramCode
f - generate Work File DDS Only
s - dump SYMCHR to tmp.out
S - dump SYMCHR to tmp.out and exit
t - dump misc tables to tmp.out
u - No Update of PGM Files in repository (Internal Only)
c - No Edit or Check of repository information
r - Use Call Rules (.cr) File
