RMVPRFTKN (Remove Profile Tokens)

RMVPRFTKN Command syntax diagram

Purpose

The Remove Profile Tokens (RMVPRFTKN) command removes all profile tokens that have been generated for user profiles from the system. This command would be run if the maximum number of profile tokens have been generated for the system (message CPF22xx was sent to the QSYSOPR message queue). The most likely reason for this to happen is that someone is attempting to lock up the system by generating multitudes of profile tokens. This command provides an alternative to IPLing the system.

After running this command, the adminstrator should analyze the audit log to determine who is attempting to lock up the system.

There are no parameters for this command.
