DSPNWSA (Display Network Server Attributes) Command Description
DSPNWSA Command syntax diagram
Purpose
The Display Network Server Attributes (DSPNWSA) command displays the network server attributes for the system.
Output is directed to a display or a spooled printer file as indicated by the OUTPUT parameter and job type.
Optional Parameters
- OPTION
- Specifies the displays to be shown.
*ALL: All displays that apply to all server types are shown.
*NETWARE: The displays that apply to the *NETWARE server type are shown, but additional information displays are not shown.
*WINDOWSNT: The displays that apply to the *WINDOWSNT server type are shown, but additional information displays are not shown.
- OUTPUT
- Specifies whether the output from the command is shown at the requesting workstation or printed with the job's spooled output. More information on this parameter is in Commonly used parameters.
*: Output requested by an interactive job is shown on the display. Output requested by a batch job is printed with the job's spooled output.
*PRINT: The output is printed with the job's spooled output.

DSPNWSA OUTPUT(*)If the job is interactive, this command displays the network server attributes of the system at the workstation. If the job is batch, the network server attributes are printed with the job's spooled output.
