How to delete a DBCS sort table

 

When deleting a table, follow these steps:

1. If you want, save the table onto tape or diskettes. If you do not save the table onto removable media before deleting it, you will not have a copy of the table for future use.

2. Enter the DLTIGCSRT command. For example, to delete the DBCS sort table QCGACTV, enter:

   DLTIGCSRT IGCSRT(QCGACTV)

3. Press Enter. The system sends you a message when it has deleted the table.
