Business portlets are automatically installed and may be displayed on a page after WebSphere Portal Express is installed and started.

Most of the business portlets are also available on the IBM Workplace Solutions Catalog. For i5/OS, the following portlets are automatically installed after the portal is installed using the Install and Configure option of the remote GUI install.

MarketWatch gathers most of their content dynamically from their servers. This information, unless otherwise translated on a servers, will show up in English in Portal regardless of the your language setting.

Proxy settings are required to use this portlet under a firewall environment.
My Vertical News My Vertical News provides top headlines from MarketWatch's wide array of general, business and industry news categories. It has more feeds than My News.
Proxy settings are required to use this portlet under a firewall environment.
My Stock My Stock displays financial performance and fundamental investment data for selected companies, investments, symbols and indices.

My Query Reports (SQL) My Query Reports runs SQL queries submitted by the user. This portlet is used by SQL users to conveniently run SQL queries and used as a list of bookmarks for saved queries.
Retirement Planner MarketWatch's Retirement Planner is a goal-based tool that estimates your desired retirement income and estate, and evaluates the savings plan required to fund that need. Estimator calculators help users to quickly make reasonable assumptions on difficult-to-understand concepts such as inflation and return rates.

Web Page Web Page uses iFrames to display original content of specified Web addresses without modifications. It supports both basic and form-based authentication.
File Server FileServerPortlet reads a static HTML file as a file stream and displays its content in a portlet window.
JSP Server JSPPortlet portlet executes a JSP and displays output in the portlet window. This portlet uses PortletContext to include JSP resource.
Servlet Invoker ServletInvokerPortlet can access local or remote Web resources and display their contents in a portlet.
