Monitoring syndication
After setting up a syndication relationship, we can monitor the progress of the data replication between syndicators and subscribers for details such as whether syndication was successful, when it occurred, and how many changes were included.
Test syndication connection
To test if your syndicator and subscriber can connect to each other, click the Test Connection button. If the connection fails, we should investigate the cause of the connection failure.
Syndicator and subscriber status
We can also monitor the status of individual syndicators and subscribers:
- Syndicator status
The Syndicator Status View can be accessed by clicking the Latest Update details in the syndicators list. The Syndicator Status View displays details of the syndicator, and display subscription and syndication information.
- Subscriber status
The Subscriber Status View can be accessed by clicking the Latest Update details in the subscribers list. The Subscriber Status View displays details of the server subscribing to the syndicator, and display subscription and syndication information.
