Subscriber status

The Subscriber Status View can be accessed by clicking the Latest Update details in the subscribers list. The Subscriber Status View displays details of the server subscribing to the syndicator, and display subscription and syndication information.

Field Details
Subscriber details The subscriber ID, name, description and URL are displayed in the syndicator status view.
Syndicator details The syndicator ID, name, and URL are displayed in the syndicator status view.
Enabled This indicates whether syndication is currently enabled or not.
Type This displays the current update type:

    Part:
    Only items requiring updates are syndicated.

    Full:
    All items are syndicated.

Started and Finished The time that syndication was started and finished are displayed here.
Result The result of syndication, either success or fail, is displayed here. If syndication has failed, a description of why it failed is displayed. Further information is displayed in the detail field. If successful, there may also be item errors.
Detail Displays a detailed description of the syndication result.
Old State and New State The old and new subscriber states are displayed here. If syndication is working, both the syndicator and subscriber should have the same New State.

The apparent difference between a syndicator's and subscriber's current state does not indicate a degree of success or failure. They are either different or the same.

Updates Summary Number of items updated. This can either mean that a new item has been added, or an existing item has been updated.
Updates Details This section provides a more detailed summary of the changes made after syndication has completed.


Parent Monitoring syndication
