- Scenario: shopper submits an order and views details
This scenario describes the sequence of steps that occurs when a shopper submits an order in WebSphere Commerce and the order is transferred to Sterling Order Management.- Scenario: shopper views order history and performs reorder
This is the sequence of steps that occurs in WebSphere Commerce and Sterling Order Management when a shopper views all previously purchased orders, regardless of status. The shopper then places a reorder against an order in that history. The order history viewed in WebSphere Commerce is maintained in Sterling Order Management.- Scenario: shopper calls a customer service representative (CSR)
When a shopper calls a Customer Service Representative (CSR), a series of events occur in WebSphere Commerce, Sterling Order Management, and IBM Sterling Call Center.
