Cache statistics logging
The Cache Monitor application can only provide data when requested. Sometimes it is useful to log cache statistics over a period of time. A wsadmin script is available from WebSphere development that can log the data in CSV format, which cam be exported to a spreadsheet for further analysis. The script collects cache statistics exposed by the Dynacache mbean at a periodic interval.This can be run in production environments over time, with minimal impact.
