Colocating the generic PSSB and servlets
The HttpPartitionBean provides the mechanism for triggering partitioning facility events in the HTTP partitioning facility application. As such, it is imperative that this bean reside on the same target servers as each partition-enabled servlet. In the general and recommended case, all servlets and the HttpPartitionBean should map to the same cluster, however, this is not a strict requirement. Different partition-enabled servlets (Web modules) may be mapped to different clusters only if the HttpPartitionBean is active on all servers where a servlet may come active.
