Resume suspended contracts

When the account representative wants to allow the buyer organization to purchase under the suspended contract again, they can resume the suspended contract.


  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Click Sales > Accounts. The Account List page displays, containing business accounts currently defined for the selected store. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box to the left of the business account that has the contract to resume. Click Contracts. The Contract List page displays, containing contracts currently defined for the selected business account.

  4. Select the check box to the left of the contract that to resume. Click Resume. The page should now display the updated status of the contract.
