Changing criteria for abandoning orders

To change the number of minutes after which an order status is considered abandoned by WebSphere Commerce Analyzer:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Parameter Manager
  2. Select Abandoned Order. The Determine Abandoned Orders Criteria page displays.
  3. In the Orders are considered abandoned after this many minutes field, type the number of minutes after which an order will be considered abandoned.
  4. Click Apply. A message displays indicating whether the step was successful.

Note: Abandoned orders refer to orders which are not completed. If a product is added to a shopping cart and then consciously removed by the customer, it is not considered abandoned.
