Changing the display sequence of an answer
To change the display sequence of an answer:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.- Select the check box to the left of the category name you want to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
- If the question is linked to the Q and A Tree, then select the question and click Answers. The list of answers displays. If the question is not linked to the Q and A Tree, then click Questions. The list of questions displays. Select the check box to the left of the question you want to work with and click Answers. The list of answers displays.
- Select the check box to the left of the answer for which you want to change the display sequence.
- Click Move Up or Move Down to change the display sequence of the selected answer.
- Click OK to save the changes.
