Process: Delete inactive stores

Flow

Legend

Objective

To remove inactive stores from the hub (channel, hosting or supplier hub).

Description

The Channel Manager can produce a report of inactive stores. An inactive store can be one that has been closed for a certain length of time, has been suspended for a certain length of time, or has not received any orders for a certain length of time. When an inactive store is discovered, the Seller can be notified that the Channel Manager is considering removing their hosted store. If no response is received from the Seller, or the Seller agrees that their store should be removed, the Channel Manager can suspend and delete the Seller's store. Customers may no longer enter the Seller's store.
