Manage assets
After application binary files are imported and registered with the product management domain as assets, we can view, update and export those assets.
Import one or more assets. The name of each imported assets is shown on the list of assets on the administrative console Assets page.
We can view the contents of assets, update assets, remove assets from the product management domain, or export copies of assets to a target location. The steps describe how to perform these asset management operations from the administrative console Assets page. Alternatively, we can use the wsadmin tool.
Tasks
- View or edit asset settings.
- Go to the administrative console Assets page.
Click Applications > Application Types > Assets.
- Click the asset name in the list of assets. The Asset settings page displays the values specified for the asset.
- Optional: Change the asset settings as needed and click OK to save the changes.
- Remove one or more assets from the product management domain.
- Update the contents of an asset.
- Export an asset to a target location.
