Intelligent Management: troubleshooting extended administration
Occasionally, when we are using the extended manageability features, we might encounter behavior that is not expected. For example, we can correct Web browser configurations so that your Web browser can support the visualization function.
(Linux)
Visualization is not working using Mozilla software on Linux systems
For visualization to function correctly, some Linux libraries are required to view the runtime chart. Without these libraries, the environment might not have the visual enhancements available in the administrative console.
If we are not able to view the runtime charts, verify that we have the following shared library /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3. This library is not installed by default for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0. The following package contains compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.122.i386.rpm.
