Migrate v5.1 messages using the message migration utility
This set of topics describes the migration of WAS v5.1 messages to later version messages, using the WAS message migration utility.
The message migration utility takes the contents of existing WAS v5 embedded messaging queues and puts them on the new default messaging queues in the later version.
the message migration utility does not migrate publish/subscribe messages or durable subscriptions.
